Flow and Grow LLC is committed to your satisfaction. Refund eligibility depends on what you purchased. Please see the relevant section below.
Physical Goods
To be eligible for a return and refund:
The refund must be requested in writing to sarah@sarahjudithcreates.com within 15 days of the original purchase date
Items must be returned to Flow and Grow LLC according to the instructions you will receive after contacting us
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, in like-new or resellable condition, as determined by Flow and Grow LLC in its sole, reasonable discretion
Digital Products
Digital products are items delivered for immediate download or immediate access, including guides, workbooks, recorded practices, and audio or video files. Because these are delivered in full at the time of purchase, all sales of digital products are final and no refunds are issued.
Programs and Courses
Programs and courses are multi-week offerings delivered over time, including Enjoy The Life You Built.
Refund requests must be made in writing to sarah@sarahjudithcreates.com within 7 days of the original purchase date
Access to program content, community spaces, and any included bonus materials ends once a refund is issued
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting sarah@sarahjudithcreates.com. Cancellation applies to future billing periods. The current billing period is not refunded, and you will retain access through the end of that period.
