Sarah’s class is for every body and all experience levels are welcome. Classes will include a combination of grounding and centering, asana (poses) for all levels, pranayama (breathwork), guided meditation, chanting and lessons rooted in ancient yogic wisdom. 

Think of this class as Yoga League! When you sign up, you are giving yourself the gift of a pre-planned commitment each week to move your body, center and grow your mind, and care for your soul. All while creating and enjoying a sense of community. 

Sarah is a multi-lineage trained instructor. Her classes are accessible to all bodies and experience levels. Classes feature elements of viniyoga, yin yoga, yogic philosophy and more.

Sessions are two months long. Each session has a theme and optional book to supplement the lessons.

Drop ins are always welcome for virtual attendance and welcome as space allows for in-person attendance. Email or text me to request a drop in spot.

In-person classes are held at Shanti Om studio in Lino Lakes, MN.
