Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Waiver

By enrolling in Enjoy the Life You Built (the "Program"), offered by Flow and Grow LLC, doing business as Sarah Judith Creates ("Company," "we," "us"), you ("Participant," "you") acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

Yoga, movement, breathwork, and related practices involve physical exertion and carry an inherent risk of injury, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the Program, whether known or unknown.

2. Remote, Unsupervised Practice

The Program is delivered online and completed at your own pace, in your own space, without an instructor physically present. You acknowledge that no one is available to observe your form, correct your alignment, or intervene in real time. You are solely responsible for practicing within your own physical limits, not performing any postures to the extent of strain or pain, choosing a safe and clear space to practice in, and stopping any practice that causes pain or discomfort.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The Program is educational and wellness-focused. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and Sarah Luckow is not a licensed medical provider. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a physician before beginning this or any new movement practice, particularly if you are pregnant, managing a chronic condition, recovering from an injury, or unsure whether participation is appropriate for you.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Flow and Grow LLC, Sarah Luckow, and their respective employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Voluntary Participation

Your participation in the Program is entirely voluntary. You may stop at any time.

6. Age and Capacity

By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement on your own behalf.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any portion of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
